Diversity Program
Valuing, understanding and leveraging the different perspectives of each IBSA Affiliate is critically important to our success. We recognize that diversity is not just the right thing to do; its a business necessity.
Small and diverse businesses not only provide economic and social vitality to the communities in which we live and work, but they add value to our organization, and help us enhance our role as a print industry leader. IBSA has strengthened its commitment to diversity and inclusion because we know that they contribute significantly to our ability to gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
In keeping with this commitment, our Diversity Program is designed to provide opportunities for qualified small and diverse businesses. Included in our Program are:
- Certified minority-owned businesses, small and large
- Certified woman-owned businesses, small and large
- Certified Small Disadvantaged Businesses
- Small veteran-owned and service disabled veteran-owned businesses
- Small, certified HUBZone businesses
By creating sound business relationships, we strengthen economic development and viability for disadvantaged businesses while providing a value-added service to our customer. Our diversity program broadens our commitment to the communities in which we live and work. Having a diverse member base gives us access to the thoughts, ideas, and perspectives of some of the most diverse and forward-thinking companies in the industry. Very simply, it gives us a competitive advantage over our competition.
