Mark McKinney
President/ Chief Executive Officer

Mark has more than 23 years of industry experience. He founded Celtic Marketing, Inc. in 1989 and specializes in serving the healthcare industry. Mark holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and earned an MBA from the University of Dayton. His educational background and on-the-job experience equip Mark with strategic planning and implementation skills that serve IBSA well. Mark is a member of the Centerville Rotary Club, Dayton Chamber of Commerce and Miami Valley Health Foundation.

Mark Musgrave
Senior Vice President/ Chief Financial Officer
Danville, IL

Mark has more than 13 years of industry experience. He co-founded Promotek in 2001 and currently serves as vice president. Promotek sells printing of all types, computer supplies, stock copy and computer paper, data collection solutions and ad specialties. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Illinois State University. His industry experience, education and reputation for big ideas fill a special spot in the IBSA organization. Mark is a member of the Danville Chamber of Commerce, DMIA, and PPAI.

John Heybach
Executive Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer
Chicago, IL

John has more than 12 years of industry experience as the president of Bold Business Graphics & Systems, Inc. Bold is an independent distributor of printed products, document solutions and related products and services for businesses. John holds a Ph.D. from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. John has more than 15 years of business experience in the food, food ingredient and chemical industries working and residing in both domestic and global markets. John’s background and varied business experiences provide IBSA with the broad business expertise to help soundly manage and guide the organization into the future. John is a member of the Chicago Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards of several local Chicago and national not-for-profit organizations.

Mike Luckett
Senior Vice President/ Affiliates
Columbus, OH

Mike has more than 33 years of industry experience. He founded Luckett Communication Papers, Inc., a quality driven provider of paper, printing and promotional products, in 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. Mike’s experience spans three decades and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the IBSA organization.

Roger Courson
Senior Vice President/ Suppliers
Redmond, WA

Roger has more than 41 years of industry experience. He founded Cortan Industries in 1978 and Cedar Graphics in 1983. In 2005, he sold his company to Lancer Ltd. And now acts as an independent sales associate for Lancer. Roger holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada-Reno. Roger brings the most extensive experience to IBSA, and with that experience comes a vast knowledge of products and solutions. Roger is a member of DMIA and a past president of WSBA.
